Convenient, Reusable Comfort Tool to Have on Hand
I’ve been using the Dr. Talbot’s Mom Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Pads for both engorgement relief and to encourage milk flow before pumping, and overall they’re a practical, easy-to-use option. The gel packs are flexible, especially after warming slightly or freezing briefly. Cold therapy feels soothing for swelling and tenderness, and the heat option helps with let-down and general comfort. They warm up quickly in the microwave, but you’ll want to follow the timing instructions carefully and test the temperature first to avoid overheating. The included fabric covers are soft against the skin and help prevent direct contact with the gel pack, which makes them more comfortable during longer use. The size fits well inside a nursing bra without feeling bulky, though they’re not designed to wrap around pump flanges—these are more for direct breast application. They’re reusable and easy to wipe clean. I haven’t noticed any strong odor from the gel, and the seams feel well sealed so far. Condensation can happen when using them cold, but that’s fairly typical for gel packs.Overall, these are a straightforward, reusable solution for breastfeeding comfort—simple to use, easy to store, and helpful to have on hand during those early weeks when relief and support really matter.

Very nice flexible pads that are not just for breasts, great for pain in my knee.
I know these are advertised to be used for breast, but I needed these for my knee. I found the round shape to be more fitting (literally and figuratively) than the rectangle ones I have. I like that the little beads freeze, and there is so much flexibility, even when frozen. These provided me with a great deal of relief on the front and back of my knee. I have been doing better lately with cold therapy since using these. I can only imagine that they would be great for hot therapuy as well, but for now I’ve been instructed to do cold therapy. The cover is very smooth and soft on my skin. Very nice and handy. All the best & God bless.

Decent product, no real complaints
These pads seem to be good value for the money. They were bought to aid my girlfriend she enjoyed them. She liked keeping them cold. They seem to work well and the size was just right for her. The design seems solid too as the cuts make it where they can “shape” around her bosom and flexed just right but are not as flexible right out of the freezer. The material held up fine and the outer part feels good against the skin (soft) but lets the cold come through. They seem durable like they’ll be around a long time. They were used for several weeks and no damage has happened. They stayed cold for a good 15 minutes before needing to go back in the freezer. They would work well on shoulders, knees, bums, or any other area that needs a flexible ice pack.

Not very effective
I had high hopes for these pads, but they didn’t work well for me. When I use them without the cotton cover, they are extremely cold and uncomfortable on the skin. But when I use them with the cotton cover, they don’t feel cooling enough to provide relief.Unfortunately, the design makes it hard to get the right level of cooling, so they ended up being not very useful for me.

Great support for breast feeding mothers
These breast therapy pads are quality and the value for the money you pay. It provided me with lots of relief and I love that you can do cold or hot therapy with the freezer or microwave making this very convenient. The covers that got over the pad are very soft and comfortable as well.

Great tool for new moms to have in their breastfeeding toolbox!
These have only been tried as cooling pads, but work great. The way the seams are, it allows them to conform better to the shape of the breast. It also allows for them to be in the freezer and not have to be flat to maintain the shape. The therapy pads have been great to have in the first weeks of breastfeeding for sure!

Can use hot or cold
These are great to have on hand for any breastfeeding mother. The hot pack is very helpful and offers a ton of relief, especially if you have a clogged duct. They’re easy to throw in under a bra. You can use them hot or cold. Great value and definitely something you need to have on hand when nursing.

Can be used for cold/hot compresses!
I am loving my Dr. Talbot’s Mom Hot and Cold Breast Therapy Pads Reusable Gel Packs with Covers (2 Pack) Set! The packs are versatile and can be used hot or cold, and they are reusable, which makes the set a great value. They are durable, and freeze up within 1-2 hours, staying cool/warm for up to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature of the environment. They can be used as tools for a hot or cold compress. This great set comes with with lovely soft pink covers that are easy to throw into the wash to keep them clean. The gel pads are a good size that can cover a large area, offering relief. This set can make a great addition to a baby registry, baby shower, baby welcome, or post-partum kit! Overall, I highly recommend this set!
