Great customer care!
This product is good, easy to use and set up, the different colors and brightness are great also. We had an issue with the first one, and customer support was outstanding in solving our problem and keeping us happy. This is an affordable and quality product. The sounds are great also and very soothing.

Almost perfect but
I want to love it but what is wrong with the snooze 😭 You hit snooze, light goes off, then blares on at full power with the next alarm. I wanted a sunrise clock not a flashbang.Pros:- Love the knob, it makes snoozing and changing settings easy- It looks really nice, off or on- Phone free!- Fun ambient colors- You can play sounds indefinitely, no need to set a timer- 29 sound options, and 6 alarm noises- It retains the time and alarm settings if power briefly goes out. Another review says it doesn’t, that is false.- Good size for a nightstandCons:- The snooze is a deal breaker for me- The sunrise fade in is all one color, not red to yellow- Not the best speaker quality but not terrible, I’d say it’s price appropriateIf you’re not a snoozer it’s a great clock. If you are, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great sunrise alarm clock
This is a great sunrise alarm clock alternative. It’s super easy to use and the knob on top makes it easier to change volume/time. Also, it’s the perfect little size and does not take up much space !

This model’s clock face was too bright – company sent alternative model for free.
It’s attractive, fairly easy to set up, and the lights and sounds themselves are lovely. Unfortunately, there are some significant usability issues. You can only set one alarm, and it has to be manually changed or disabled for weekends, which would have been manageable if that were the only drawback.The bigger problem is that when the sunrise light starts, the clock face immediately jumps to full brightness, regardless of how dim it was before or how low the sunrise light intensity is set. It’s a bright white light that stays at full brightness even while snoozing, until the alarm is turned off completely. I looked for a way to adjust this but couldn’t find one.I ended up disabling the gradual sunrise feature entirely and setting the light to come on only with the alarm, but even then the clock face was so bright that I had to physically turn the clock away. That kind of defeats the purpose of a sunrise clock. I bought this as a more affordable alternative to higher-end models, but ultimately it didn’t work for me and I’ll be returning it.UPDATE: I wanted to add an update to this review as the company did reach out and offer to send me a free alternative device even after I returned this one for a refund. I received the device and haven’t had a chance to test it out yet (it isn’t the same model as this one) but I appreciate that the company went out of their way to make the situation right when one of their products (the model I’m reviewing) turned out to be problematic. So while this specific model is still a no-go for me, I think the company is worth considering when making your sunrise alarm purchase. +1 star.

Love it
Obsessed with this thing!! Soooo much better than waking up to the iPhone alarm. A little annoying to figure out but once I got it it’s a piece of cake! Makes mornings just a little happier ◡̈ and I didn’t want to spend the money on the hatch brand. This one does the job just fine. Most of the time I wake up just from the light before the alarm actually goes off

Great price for a sunrise simulator alarm clock
Love this alarm clock. Gave it four stars as it is confusing to set sometimes but I’m getting the hang of it. I didn’t know I needed this alarm clock but so glad I purchased it. My friends kept telling me about the Hatch but the price tag was just ton high but had gear really good things about this alarm clock and give the price point this did not disappoint! I love the sunrise simulator and has made waking up so much more restful instead of being startled out of my sleep. I am extremely happy with my purchase and been using daily for over 2 months now. I love all the different sound options and light settings so it doesn’t have to be so bright. I highly recommend this alarm clock which is both aesthetically pleasing on my nightstand, functional and an amazing price point for what you get.

Great alarm
I was skeptical about this because i really actually wanted the real hatch alarm but didn’t want to fully commit and pay the money if it wasn’t going to work for me. This came up when i was researching hatch alarms on here and i actually love this alarm more!
