Absolute lifesaver post-masectomy
I purchased this breast wedge cushion after my mastectomy so I could comfortably lie face down during dry needling therapy, and I am beyond grateful that I did. The design is incredibly thoughtful—it takes all the pressure off the chest area while giving support where it’s actually needed.Before this, I struggled to find a position that didn’t cause discomfort or strain during treatments. It’s soft yet supportive, easy to clean, and fits perfectly on the massage table.If you’re going through or have had breast surgery and need to lie face-down for any reason—especially for therapies like dry needling, acupuncture, or massage—this is a total game-changer. Support without the hard middle ‘bar’
I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction a few years ago and I can’t comfortably lay on my front for massages, and the breast support the spas have is too wide on the middle part for me. I had avoided massages because they were sometimes painful because of this, but this support pillow is perfect for me, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Too firm, not soft
Bought it because I am a stomach sleeper and just got my nips pierced. This would’ve been perfect but it’s really really hard/firm which makes it kinda uncomfortable for sleeping. I would imagine it wouldn’t be too comfortable to lay on for a massage either. Wish it was softer!

cpap and ear piercing saver
i use this pillow every night! although it is meant for a spa, it works great with my cpap machine. i recently got a new ear piercing and this pillow also helps me sleep without putting pressure on my ear. i love that there is space for my head on one side and my cpap mask on the other.

Works well for massage. Was a bit short for me
I tried out this pillow on our home massage table. Basically it cannot duplicate the table itself having cutouts but it does a good enough job for laying on the tummy. The biggest issue was the pillow is raised from the head but its not long enough to accomodate the upper body till the head. And its super high. So the cutout for the face on the massage table was unreachable. I tried flipping it over and that seemed to work a bit better. On the bed this pillow worked better since I put a huge pillow under the head. I think it needs to be a full length pad with a face cutout and breast cutout that one can lay on top of a massage table. But I did give it 4 stars since the pillow quality is nice, the cover is soft and it did work essentially in its purpose.

Best design I’ve experienced so far
Works much better than other breast pillows due to having actual deep holes for each one. Firm enough to help but with enough give that it is comfortable. A little too big in overall dimensions like not very portable for mobile massage and doesn’t fit easily in a standard pillowcase. I’ll have to sew custom pillowcases for it.

I ordered this pillow to try something a little extra to aid in sleeping on my stomach and my goodness this is it! It keeps my chest free and gently supports my ribs and tummy. Finally, I can get the rest that I need!

I was surprised it wasn’t taped shut and there was a little bit of dirt inside on the pillow but I was able to brush it off. I would suggest they seal it better. There were a few stray threads on the pillow itself, but only a slight smell, hardly noticeable even when I put my nose up to it. I was happy it was not vacuumed-packed for shipping, as those usually smell bad and need to be aired out for days.Note: There is a “California Proposition 65 Warning” on the bag:”Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”The pillow is about 58 cm across at the front and 43 cm across at the bottom. It is about 8.3 cm thick at the neck & “girls” areas, and tapers down to about 3 cm at the bottom. There is a zipper around the whole quilted cover to remove it from the foam, but it was already caught on the underside of the zipper when it arrived. I did manage to get it unstuck and was able to open the cover to expose the white foam underneath.Testing & opinion: I find the pillow comfortable on the upper part (including my DDs) but find it digs into my tummy and ribs on the lower section.The pillow may be comfortable for some people but not for me. I like the idea behind it though as the girls need some place to go during spa treatments.
