Noticeable relief from breast tenderness without giving up caffeine
My doctor recommended evening primrose oil for breast tenderness, and I was skeptical, but it really helped. I notice a difference whenever I skip it.I take one capsule nightly. It is a larger capsule but smooth and easy to swallow. I have had no side effects.It has worked well enough that I did not have to give up caffeine like I was advised. I am 43 and appreciate the extra hormone support. It is not a hormone, but it seems to help my body regulate things better.I plan to keep using it.

Great for menopause (Hot flashes, etc….)
I used EPO & Black Cohosh root while I went through menopause (a long time ago) & it made the passage more tolerable & comfortable, reducing hot flashes quite a lot. EPO is valued for mood as well. I recently got my daughter started with this product as she’s been hot-flashing recently; she reports that it’s helped her a lot.

Never slept so good
I have been experiencing sleep disturbances all year, My whole life I have slept like a rock but over the last year I noticed I wake up several times during the night and have a hard time going back to sleep, also waking up much earlier than I ever have. That is annoying cuz I want rest, I saw a difference in my sleep after one night. Took it again the next day and slept even better, I was googling and asking chat GPT how that even helps and it did not answer my questions but I 100% know what was this. I will absolutely keep taking as I am 44 and although the sleep thing is the only perimonopause symptom I have, this has to be helping. And I am shocked at kicks in so quickly. I haven’t take long-term but just from a couple days I highly recommend because it is clearly doing something

This actually works for my hot flashes
These have saved me at night! If I miss just one pill, my hot flashes come back. It’s happened multiple times that I wake with hot flashes and then notice the following morning that my pill is still on the counter. They have definitely helped and I plan to keep in my daily regimen. This is the first and only thing I’ve tried for my hot flashes thus far, and gladly with success.
