Works for my early onset dementia
I’m now retired and finding my memory is not where I left it. A friend suggested this for dementia, so I bought a bottle and tried it. After online research I found a dosage of one 500mg tablet at night had a noticeable difference by the end of the first week. I still find my memory isn’t as a young man’s, but I don’t feel the anxiety from not remembering simple things I have worked with all my life. As a retired physician, details, and imparting understandable information to others has always been important to me. I’m finding I’m no longer tripping over simple words that should be easy to use.

Years ago, I hear that this was good for women at any stage of life. Finally, I decided to give it a decent try. My skin has never looked more healthier, softer, and silkier. I’m sure it has its other uses as well. The few stars I rated was mostly because you cannot take it with any meds.

Great product does what it says
Ok so the pills are giant, but they are gel caps so earlier to swallow. I bought them for my teenage daughter who is autistic and ADHD and she has the worst PMS, I mean literally puts her in the hospital phyc ward at least twice a year. She has been taking these for about 5 months and her PMS is almost non existent. This product has been life changing.

Gels Stuck Together
All the gel tablets are stuck together. Mfg should consider placing anti-humidity packet in each bottle. It makes it very difficult to get them out of the bottle.

I take 2 of these a day to prevent menopausal hot flashes! As long as I don’t forget to take them, I will not have hot flashes. I real lifesaver! Thank you for such a great product!
