AMAZING choice!
I’ve been using this for a couple years now; does an amazing job at shedding fat while maintaining lean muscle. Quality is great, gives me high energy levels, and a solid size (of the actual pill-I’m not great at taking vitamins/pills, but this one isn’t bad). Recommended to use 3x a day. I’ll do 2x-3x, and have been getting great consistent results. Highly recommend.

I have just ordered my second bottle. I am taking this CLA with green trea extrat and lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks without exercise.I have a big breakfast in the morning, small lunch, and possibly some cheese and olives before 5 pm. Then I fast. I have had no cravings or side effects. During the first 2 weeks I have also cut carbs and alcohol. I focus on whole foods and lean, quality protein. I have also incorporated homemade bone broth.I started at 160 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been and right now I’m down to 147 lbs. My goal is to reach 135 lbs, a number I feel at my best. I recommend it. But give it some help by also focusing on nutrition.

First off, buying from this seller is a relatively painless process, and the product arrived in a timely manner, thanks to Amazon Prime. Now, to the product itself, I’ve used this – more or less – as explained on the bottle for about a month. In that time, I have been focused on improving my diet (which I have; I’ve been taking steps to go more and more Paleo) and working out 6 days a week, including bodyweight exercises, running and yoga. Throughout my life, I have used a number of different supplements, including fish oil. Fish oil, I’ve found, is not really for me, as it always leaves a fishy aftertaste in my mouth. This CLA supplement doesn’t do that, thankfully. In the past month, I’ve managed to drop roughly 7 pounds. THIS SUPPLEMENT DID NOT DO ALL OF THAT. It takes a dedicated mind, a consistent, healthy diet, and an active lifestyle to make that progress, and I take a lot of credit for making that happen. That having been said, this supplement has helped me recover after intense workouts, and I have noticed that I am losing weight in fat and gaining some lean muscle while using this supplement. I am currently the lightest I have ever been as far back as I can remember (I am five feet, eight inches tall, and currently weighing 175 pounds, compared to the 180 pounds I used to be in high school, and 215 pounds I weighed at my heaviest 3 years ago). When you reach my age – 30 years old – your metabolic processes start to slow down, and it turns into a real pain in the ass to build muscle and lose weight. Well, with this supplement – and the others I take as well – I am able to keep a healthy, consistent lifestyle, and am only ten pounds away from my goal weight, which I intend to hit by October, when I am getting married. Thanks, Evlution Nutrition. Not all supplements will work for you, and Your Mileage May Vary, but this one works for me, and I’m going to keep using it because of how it fits into my plan and is helping me get to my goals.

Great price for the quantity. Allows you to take the dose that you would like. As someone who likes to snack, after taking these, I have noticed that my cravings to snack throughout the day have decreased significantly!I usually take them in the morning before my 12 hour hospital shift and have noticed the change in how hungry I get before my lunch break. I feel more satiated with meals and don’t feel as hungry before I am able to eat again.

This is my 3rd or 4th order and I am starting to think the formula has changed ? It just tastes, and feels different and I haven’t seen any weight change which I used to quickly and significantly. It also doesn’t taste like how I remembered it to be. Anybody has this same issue ?
