Great Taste, Real Energy Boost & Better Recovery — My Go-To BCAA Drink
I drink this BCAA powder before, during, and after my workouts, and it has made a huge difference for me. Not only does it taste amazing (which is rare for BCAAs), but it actually works. I absolutely love BCAA Muscle recovery and highly recommend this product as I have been using this for over a year and it has been instrumental in my successful health journey. I do a lot of daily cardio and lift heavy weights 3-4 days per week, so I needed a product that would help me recover, yummy as well as most important for me as I am on a budget, cost effective and I FOUND IT IT WITH BCAA!! I am no longer waking up sore from my previous workout, infact, I have more energy and ready to go!!!You wont be disappointed, love it and I’ve only tried pink lemonade, which I loooooveeeeeee but, they have so many other flavors that I cannot wait to try so I can review them, but I know they will be GREAT too!!

Great pre-work out boost
I don’t want too much caffeine prior to a work out so this product is exactly what I was looking for. The taste is great – not too sweet at all. And the results are good! I find there is a noticeable difference with recovery and workout effectiveness when I use the product. The energy boost is not extreme at all but it definitely gets me moving. It caused no stomach upset what so ever. The powder dissolves quickly and completely. I only use it on work out days. It is also a great way to mix other unflavored powders like creatine in to it.

This is my new favorite pre-workout drink. It taste great but so do a few other pre-workouts. What sets it apart is how great it dissolves! You don’t have to wait an hour or stir like a psycho to drink it.

Dishonest Supplement Facts Label, Unknown Caffeine, Caused Flush
Overall, this product isn’t horrible. It mixes easily (when two scoops are used in a shaker bottle), the flavor isn’t bad, it helps wake me up, but it also slightly flushes my face. I explain my issues with the way that they hide the actual caffeine content below. Despite the dishonest supplement facts label, but I can’t get a straight answer from Evlution Nutrition, so I won’t be buying it again. When I took it on an empty stomach in the morning, I could feel my face flush; since there isn’t niacin in this, I guess it’s the beta-alanine that causes it.My main complaint is the dishonest label and how Evlution Nutrition actually hides the exact amount of caffeine in this product. It says 110mg of “natural energizers” which consists of “natural caffeine (from coffee bean), green tea extract (standardized for EGCG) (leaf).” So… how many mg of the 110 is actually caffeine? 55? 60? 100? How much is green tea extract? I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance from preworkouts and energy drinks and I’m actually trying to cut down, so instead of pounding most of a pot of coffee in the morning I thought I’d try this stuff and count the caffeine better, but you can’t do that with this product.I Googled the product and tried to find the answer, but it’s not revealed anywhere. I reached out to Evlution Nutrition, I even messaged this product’s Facebook page. It took a couple weeks for a reply and when they finally responded they avoided the question.So, it’ll give you some energy and I think the BCAA’s help, but I’ll be moving on to another product.

I will definitely get this product again. I really like how clean the caffeine is in this product. It doesn’t give me that anxious jittery feeling, just a nice level boost of energy. The flavour I tried is good, a little sweet, but still good. And it mixes really well.
