Easy to use ad good quality
I have so many other exercise bands at home and was wondering whether it would be worth it to buy this. I tried using the other ones I have that are quite longer to see if I would do the same types of exercise and it just didn’t feel right so I went ahead and bought this one. It was a great idea. It is super easy to use great flexibility and I noticed feeling better after using this for even just a few minutes. I keep this in my living room and I use it while watching TV and I’ve often times taken it to my desk when I work from home and will take a few minutes break between meetings just to stretch out.

Great little resistance band
This resistance band works really well and is very easy to use. The figure-8 shape makes it comfortable to hold, and the textured handles help with grip. I’ve been using it for shoulder and back stretches, and it gives a nice amount of resistance.It’s lightweight and easy to carry, so it’s great for quick workouts at home or even when traveling. For the price, it’s a really useful little exercise tool. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Must have for shoulder strengthening
I have two of these, one for myself, and one for my mother who loves it. We both use this daily to strengthen our upper body and is great for anyone who sits at a desk all day. This is easy to use, durable, and will last a long time.

It’s not exactly what I was expecting. The strength it requires to stretch it makes it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. Not ideal for me.
