Everything I want in one scale.
This is the best scale I have owned by far! First of all – it’s accurate. Last doctor visit I weighed only 1lb difference between the doctors and the scale – which I assume is because of clothing. Normally I’m used to having a 5 to even 10 lb variance between the doctor and home.The scale is sleek and modern looking. The app is extrmely easy to use, and getting into a habit of weighing yourself twice a day really helps track weight fluctuations and trends, and directly see how eating and exercise habits effect your weight on a day to day basis. Since buying this scale, I’ve lost 15lbs and am almost consistently in a non-overweight BMI which feels amazing to see everyday. The body fat % and muscle mass features are nice to see as well, and I love to constantly praying BMR – preventing issues I’ve had in the past where my calorie goal stays the same even though I lose weight and burn less via BMR, slowing my weight loss progress.I also enjoy that it can connect to multiple profiles and multiple apps, so both my husband and I can both track our weight.Overall, this is an extremely quality product that is well worth the money spent on it. I highly reccomend this to anyone wanting to better track their fitness!

Recommended scale. Offers nice features and performs well
Currently my main scale in my workout area. the screen is easily legible and well backlit making it pretty bright even in poor lighting. its the size of most scales ive ever used, although thinner and seems to be pretty sturdy. it looks good, although you really shouldnt care about this as functionality is the main goal.the weight portion seems to be pretty accurate, compared to another scale and they were within .5lbs of each other. the body fat and all that? i really cant say, this scale measures it aswell as my samsung watch; theyre close on the numbers but unless i went for a real scan the same day i cannot speak on how accurate it really is. Samsung claims the watch is extremely accurate and i’d like to believe that, but i honestly struggle to.all things considered, i do not see a drawback with this scale currently. it connects to its own app, but being an owner of a couple renpho items (the smart jump rope, body tape measure, and blood pressure) i have it connected to their app instead. This app also connects to Health Connect, MyFitnessPal, and i believe Samsung Health which is a nice plus.

Great Product
Works great! Tracks weight, water% in your body, and body fat%. I’m not sure how accurate the body fat% is, as with most scales that are similar to this one. The phone app this works with is a great touch to track fitness progress.

Hit or Miss But Good When it Hits
I have been using it now for a little over 6 months. Overall, it is a good scale and seems to be mostly accurate. The app is easy to use but there is no online web based data, it is only logged on the phone, even though there is a web site for the scale and app by GE.I did have a period of about a week where it stopped working and would only show weight and not fat and water %. I tried to get customer support but hit a dead end from GE.The accuracy is best when used over long periods of time and significant changes in weight. I’ve done tests where I weight myself before and after a long bike ride on a hot day. Usually my post ride weight is 4 lbs lighter than pre ride which is all water, but the calculations show changes in fat % and not water %. So the accuracy is good if you weight yourself under the same conditions over a long period of time. For example weight on monday morning before eating anything. When you compare those results you can see an accurate shift. But short term not so much.I’m 6’3″ and weigh about 195 lbs and it shows approx 19-20% body fat, which is in accordance with what I have seen in pictures online for an adult male with 20% body fat and how I look compared to those pics.So it isn’t perfect and is by no means useful on a day to day basis, but on a week to week and month to month you should be able to see non-medical grade results for you body composition.

I bought this scale to replace a much more expensive scale with a non-replaceable rechargeable battery that had died. I was sceptical, but now am delighted. It works perfectly with my old iPhone 11 and gives far more information than the one it replaced. I enthusiastically recommend you seriously consider this scale. It’s great!

This is a good scale. I’m not sure how accurate the fat/muscle measurements are but I use them as a guideline. The one issue I have is that you have to download an app and create an account to use it.
