Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s easy to use, feels well made, and the design is discreet. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed better control and more confidence. Definitely worth it if you want to strengthen that area at home.

Great product. Just as expected
I really feel like this Kegel exerciser has significantly strengthened my pelvic floor muscles. It’s important to start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it to avoid overdoing it at first. I wasn’t sure I was doing Kegel exercises correctly before, but with this, I’m convinced my pelvic floor muscles have significantly strengthened.
