Save Your Money – Doesn’t Work Like It Should
I really wanted to like this, but it just doesn’t work. I understand the design — you link the hoop pieces together so it fits snugly around your waist, not like a traditional hula hoop. But even with it set up correctly, the weighted ball will not keep going around no matter what I do. I’m very good at regular hooping, and this was just frustrating and disappointing. You’d honestly get way better exercise with a normal hula hoop than with this. Definitely not worth the hype.Also if your body doesn’t fit perfectly to a certain amount of the links you’re SOL because it’ll be too loose or too tight.It makes no noise sure but that’s because it doesn’t work lol

Meh.. didn’t really work
This is a straightforward weighted hoop, but I couldn’t get it to continue going around. It shouldn’t be so hard for bigger people to use, but it is. My son, who is much thinner than I am, was able to get it going, but ran into the problem of the links either being too big or too tight. He needed a 1/2 link to make it fit snuggly like the directions state. I’m sure there are better quality hoops out there.

Easy to use, adjustable, and surprisingly effective
This weighted hula circle is a great low-effort exercise tool and was super easy to assemble right out of the box. Once you snap the links together to fit your size, you’re pretty much ready to go. It doesn’t take long to get the rhythm down, and it’s a lot simpler to use than a traditional hula hoop since the weight glides around the track. Even my son was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly when he tried it.My wife is the one who uses it the most, and she’s been using it off and on for a couple of months now. She’s already been able to remove one of the links as she’s lost a bit of weight, which is a nice way to track progress while adjusting the fit. The massage balls inside add extra friction without being uncomfortable, and the fact that you can fine-tune the fit link by link makes it good for long-term use.It’s also pretty quiet and feels sturdy even with frequent use. We haven’t had any issues with pieces coming loose or wearing down. For anyone looking for a lightweight workout routine that doesn’t take up much space and can actually help trim the waistline over time, this is a solid option and definitely worth picking up.

Fun workout
I used to love hula hooping as a kid, so I was really excited to get this weighted hula circle! It’s a little different because you don’t have to try to keep the hoop up, since it’s snug on your waist. I liked it tighter so it doesn’t move at all, so I removed one more piece than when I first fitted it. It stays in place while using this way. As you swing the weight, you can feel where it’s passing the connection spots, but it doesn’t get stuck and doesn’t bother me. Just don’t expect completely silent, smooth motion- I don’t think that’s realistic for something with links to add and remove. It doesn’t take up much space, especially if you shorten the weight strap, so it’s an easy thing to do while standing and watching tv or listening to music.

It is relatively quiet compared to other hoop. Leaves mark and pinches if not wearing a sweat belt.
