Love this journal!
This journal is physically gorgeous and sturdy on the outside and deeply meaningful on the inside. There is clearly so much thought that went into the design! The prompts are short enough to reduce the mental friction of getting started, and I have found the value to be so worthwhile. I’ve even bought a few for gifts for friends and bring this journal with me on vacations!

The best thing I never knew I needed!
This is the best thing I never knew I needed! Journaling can be intimidating, but this book makes it so approachable. I brought it to my therapy appointment and my therapist even loved the prompts, the affirmations, everything. Thank you for making journaling something that I look forward to!

Love it!
I love this journal so much. The prompts aren’t easy but that’s the best part. And for the days I don’t feel like answering a prompt there are coloring pages with affirmation statements reminding me that I am enough, I am strong, and I am beautifully imperfect. Definitely worth the money.

Highly recommend!
I was very impressed with the “Let’s Get Real” Guided Journal. The prompts are honest and thought-provoking, really encouraging deeper reflection on your mindset and goals. The layout is clean and simple, with a great balance of structure and open space, so it never feels overwhelming. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a meaningful tool for deeper self-reflection and personal growth.

This is a comprehensive journal
It will help you figure out who you are and uplift your spirit at the same time. I don’t do a prompt every day. Sometimes I color, sometimes I scrapbook to answer a question, and sometimes I just do an affirmation. There is something for everyone in this journal. I’m excited to buy it for all my friends so we can do the discussion guide together.

Obsessed with this journal
I am OBSESSED with this journal. It feels totally pressure-free and lets you go at your own pace. I actually have the digital version because I travel a lot but I wanted the hardcopy for when I’m home. Things I love: that there’s a table of contents and 12 different themes, so you can flip to whatever feels right that day; that there are sections for when you’re overwhelmed, trying to figure out your patterns, or needing to let something go; AND that there are follow-up questions after some of the prompts that really push you to think about what you’re actually going to do next. This journal makes you feel like you’re leaving with a plan, not just feelings.

Not just for Women
I was hesitant at first because I assumed this journal was mostly for women, but I was VERY wrong. The prompts are thoughtful and relatable, no matter who you are. It feels inclusive and human, not targeted or gendered. This is a great journal for anyone.
