Who cannot use this item…
I ordered two of these devices one for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it and it works beautifully. The other I ordered for myself. When I received it I read the directions that were written very small. On a small card listed cautions l’ve had both shoulders replaced, metal in my face and a Pacemaker I cannot use this item to my extreme disappointment. I didn’t find this out until luckily I read the directions. I think people should know this before they order it. I was so looking forward to this to relieve the pain in my shoulders and neck.

tweaked my neck again and read that this was the best overall neck massager on amazon……..SETTINGS: it only has speed, rotation direction, and heat settings. i wish it had one more for intensity/strength.BATTERY: gets plugged in whenever it’s being used so battery life and charging is not much of an issue for me.QUALITY: fabric seems like good quality and doesn’t hurt my skin, however i’m about 5′ tall and it’s a little too bulky to wear comfortably. would appreciate if these companies offered a smaller size.my neck feels so much better after using it a few times day and that’s already worth 3 stars.

GOOD MASSAGER
Good product. The massage part is tough and good for neck/backs. Cant really feel the heat yet but have only been using it inside and in warmth. Been used on and off for about 2-3 weeks now

Great massager!
This is the 2nd one we order. This is a really good massager! I love the kneading effect on it as that works best for deep tissue massage for me. The options it has are great and it is very versatile as it can be used in many different useful way in various areas with ease. My parents loved it so much that we ordered this one as a gift for them. This one makes for a great gift! I would definitely recommend this one seeing as it’s our 2nd one so far. Great value for the money!

Purchased one of these, same brand, in 2021 and it finally died. Figured it lasted a good while with no complaints. Hopefully this one lasts just as long. Works well so far.

Great massager
When I was visiting my parents one weekend, my Mom had gotten this as a gift. I tried it out and really liked it so I ordered one for myself. Usually I get knots in my neck and this massager helps. Easy to use. For the price it’s great and would make a nice gift.

Immediate relief from neck/back tension.
ABSOLUTE GAMECHANGER. This thing is amazing. Pretty intense, you don’t want to lie down on it and don’t need to press into it, just lean against it in a chair. The rollers point a bit up or down, depending how you have it oriented, and the different sizes make for a kneading effect that’s really great. Heat function doesn’t get really hot, just warm. Feels awesome on my neck, shoulders, lower back.

Why did I wait so long??
Oh man where had this been all my life!?! After about 15 min using this God send all the stress in my shoulders was almost all gone. I figure after a few more uses it’ll all be gone. (I’ve been told my shoulders feel like a football players or weight lifters shoulders) No regrets!
