Work well, not super sticky but very comfortable
Really nice to use for when nipples are cracked or very painful. I put them in the fridge for a nice cooling relief. They are not as sticky as medela brand but will work if you’re also wearing a bra.

Cooling & Soothing Relief After Feeds for inflammation and nipple cracks
I found the Momcozy hydrogel nipple nursing pads really helpful during the early weeks of breastfeeding. After feeds, when my nipples felt sore and slightly inflamed, placing one of these pads on provided immediate cooling and soothing relief.They feel gentle on the skin and stay in place comfortably inside a bra. I especially appreciated how they helped reduce swelling and tenderness after longer feeding sessions. The cooling effect isn’t overwhelming — just enough to calm irritation and make things more comfortable.Overall, these have been a useful addition to my postpartum essentials and something I reach for whenever I need quick relief.

If you are about to start breastfeeding buy a box of these and put them in your fridge. Thank me later 😘Absolutely saved my nips from injuries and pain at the start, one of my fave postpartum items. These are a much better price than the Lansinoh soothies which are amazing but very expensive per use. These are a lot thinner, but still restickable (although they do lose their stickiness after a couple of reapplications – keep the plastic backing to stick back on them whilst feeding). Anyway they are so much cheaper you can just keep getting fresh cold ones out of the fridge and not worry about it!!!

These saved me from quitting
These saved me from burning nipples! I was wearing the cotton pads before but they still kept rubbing even though they had stickers in the back. These are basically pasties with nipple cream infused so it’s a two-in-one. Since they stick to you, there’s no rubbing and has a cooling feeling. I typically use a pair every 24hours, I also have never had any leaking with these. Definitely recommend🍼

Very soft, but…
UPDATE: I purchased another brand after finishing this, (momcozy ones lasted a very long time btw) and was very much disappointed. I noticed that momcozy pads’ only fault was that they dont stay dry, and maybe that was because of my oversupply. These pads were amazing while they lasted and again VERY SOFT. They are also the perfect size, they’re not small like the MEDELA ones which I am currently using. I don’t want my money wasted so I have to finish up my Medela pads but I will be repurchasing this right after because I now understand that these are superior after comparison. Again, them staying wet may have been because of my oversupply, because now that my milk supply has gone to normal I noticed that these pads performed perfectly towards the end.When I first opened the pads I was amazed at how soft they are. Until now I have been using the Lansinoh disposable pads and favored them over the Medela one. The Lansinoh pads are great and I have used them for total of 2+ years for both of my kids. I ordered these bc they were the only option for overnight delivery and I needed them asap. These pads felt super soft and felt premium, but sadly I think once I finish these I will be going back to the Lansinoh disposable pads.Pros: these disposable pads are super soft, they are silky smooth so you don’t have fibers stuck to your breasts like with the Lansinoh disposable pads. They are thick enough and have all the things other disposable pads have like stickers so you can stick them to your bra.Cons: they get wet… so, for as long as I’ve used the Lansinoh pads they were never wet. The Momcozy pads got wet every single night and sides of my bra were also soaked. My little one stopped waking up for nightly feedings so my breasts leak a lot during the night and I’m waking up with wet pads stuck to my bras which was never the issue with other disposable pads.Another thing to consider before purchasing these: I have also used the reusable breast pads from both Lansinoh and Kindered Bravely and they also used to get very wet unlike the disposable ones from Lansinoh. If you have also used those and leaking wasn’t an issue the Momcozy disposable pads would be a good option for you. If they performed like the Lansinoh disposable pads (dry surface) they would be the superior option.

A Mixed Bag of Cooling Comfort and Frustrating Quality
As a breastfeeding mom, finding relief from tenderness and engorgement is a constant quest, and I was hopeful that the Momcozy breast cooling gel pads would be a great solution. While they do offer a decent cooling sensation initially, I’ve found their overall quality and reusability to be quite disappointing.The cooling effect itself is pleasant and provides a welcome, soothing sensation, which is definitely a plus when you’re feeling uncomfortable. However, the real issues start to emerge almost immediately. The “reusable” claim simply doesn’t hold up, especially not between feeds. After just one use, even for a short period, the pads become incredibly sticky. This stickiness not only feels unpleasant against the skin but also attracts lint and debris, making them feel unsanitary and rendering them virtually unusable for a second application without a thorough, time-consuming wash. Even then, the adhesive quality seems to degrade quickly.Furthermore, the general quality of the pads feels somewhat flimsy. They don’t seem designed to withstand the rigors of frequent use or the gentle cleaning required to attempt reusability. Given the cost, I expected something more durable that could genuinely last for multiple uses as advertised.In summary, if you’re looking for a one-time, immediate cooling relief without any expectation of reuse or durability, these might offer a temporary fix. However, for continuous use throughout the day or even between a couple of feeds, the poor reusability due to excessive stickiness and the questionable overall quality make the Momcozy breast cooling gel pads a frustrating and less-than-ideal choice for long-term comfort. There are likely better, more robust reusable options on the market.
