Not on keto diet, but these are quite good.
I got them to pad out an order to hit the minimum for free delivery. They somehow lack that nasty aftertaste of some “energy” bars or whatever they are. They make a good snack without a glucose spike, I guess. I’m kind of low carb, but not a fanatic. I wouldn’t eat these unless they tasted good. No, they’re not delicious but.a good compromise on an empty stomach.

Do not order during warm weather
I had a dark chocolate nut & seed bar recently and was blown away by the taste and ingredients. I ordered these because I love peanut butter. Even though they are outrageously expensive I decided to treat myself. They arrived today and I found them on my front porch at 2pm 89 deg and the bars are melted. They are packaged in a “reusable thermal bag – no ice needed” that “keeps frozen food frozen” Nope. Very disappointing. I am hoping a few hours in the fridge will bring them back to their original condition,DO NOT ORDER DURING WARM/HOT WEATHER!

This brand is amazing in all of its granola and nut bar flavors. They taste better than non-keto bars. Highly recommend! Just don’t take them all!
