These hot/cold pads are so nice! Things like these being easy to use is so important to me, and there’s nothing easier than tossing them in the fridge or microwave and popping them on when they’re ready. The fabric cover on them is very comfortable on my skin, and the pads themselves are super flexible and comfy. The gel inside is a solid, even layer, rather than the type that shifts around if not laid flat, which I think makes them easier to handle.For cold use, they can be put in the freezer or refrigerator, and they stay flexible with both. Even though the freezer makes the cold last longer, they get a bit too cold for my preference, so I’ll use the fridge instead.For hot use, it took me a few tries to learn how long to put them in the microwave to get just the right temp (although it does come with a timer guide). Sometimes the heat is uneven throughout the pads, but I think that’s more of a microwave issue than the pads. The heat doesn’t linger as long as the cold, but they’re also much faster to heat up again than cool down, so it’s not a big deal.

Nice gel material
These heat up quickly, but take a while to cool so I’d recommend keeping them chilled. They’re generously sized. I like the gel makeup. I had a different brand and over time the gel petered out, but this set doesn’t have that issue. I wish the covers were removable for cleaning, milk leaves a smell. The price is fair for the quality. These have held up through several uses and provided me with some relief.

So convenient!
Been using these straight from the freezer whenever having sore nipples/breasts after pumping or nursing and they work great! The rounded shape makes it much easier to use than a standard flat ice pack and the material covering the surface keeps your skin protected so there’s no cold burns and it nice and soft against your skin. Durable enough to wear around the house every day. Good value and very helpful newly postpartum!

Relief comes in two different temperatures.
These breast therapy pads have been such a relief during breastfeeding. I use them both warm and cold depending on what I need, and they genuinely help with soreness, engorgement, and those uncomfortable tight spots that come with milk coming in. Warming them before feeding helps my let down, and using them cold afterward takes the edge off swelling and tenderness.The shape fits around the breast well instead of sitting awkwardly on top, and they’re soft enough to be worn inside a bra without feeling like I’m stuffing an ice pack in there. They’re flexible and contour nicely, which makes them more comfortable than the stiff gel packs I’ve tried before.They heat up quickly in the microwave and chill fast in the freezer, which is convenient when you need relief right away. The temperature doesn’t last forever, but it lasts long enough to make a noticeable difference, and I don’t mind reheating or re-chilling when needed. I also like that they’re reusable, so I’m not constantly throwing things away or replacing them.Overall, these have been a really helpful postpartum item for me. They’ve made breastfeeding and the in-between discomfort much more manageable, and I find myself reaching for them regularly when I’m sore, engorged, or dealing with clogged areas.

I’ve been using the MyHalos breast therapy pads mostly cold and they’ve been a relief during the tougher breastfeeding days. They feel soothing without being too cold and the shape fits comfortably around the breast so I can still move around and get things done. I like that it’s pretty thin and easily fits under my clothing.What I really appreciate is that they’re reusable and feel well made. They don’t get stiff when chilled and they stay flexible to sit exactly where I need them. The material is soft and I like the cushioning feel. They’re easier to deal with than another brand I’ve tried where you need to put the pads in a cover, so saving a step especially when running on minimal sleep helps.I can usually feel when a clogged duct is starting to form, so I try to use cold compresses early which makes a huge difference. It’s nice having both hot and cold options in one product. Heating is fast and cooling is pretty fast as well. I think the price is reasonable and offers a good value overall.

Postpartum must-have!
These MyHalos Breast Therapy Pads are a postpartum “must-have” in my book! They are generously sized, comfortable to use, and conveniently able to be used as either a hot pack or cold pack. Whether just for comfort during engorgement or fighting off clogged ducts and mastitis, no postpartum or breastfeeding mama should be without these. I think the price is very reasonable considering the quality of these breast pads and I have no complaints. I think these would make a great addition to a baby shower gift basket or breastfeeding care package for a new mama! Five stars.

This has come at such a great time in my life as I begin to breastfeed. I actually was able to start using them when I was expressing colostrum as that made my breasts sore. I was able to pop these in the microwave for a short time as per the instructions and pop them on the breast inside the bra and they felt super comfortable, the warm heat really relieved the feelings of soreness. But I have also tried them cold and found that was also refreshing and beneficial. I like that they are a super soft material which doesn’t feel harsh against the delicate breast tissue, but also that they are really flexible, so they mould to the shape of the breast really well. I think these are a great idea and good to have on hand for any new breastfeeding/pumping mum. Would make a great present, something you didn’t know you needed!

They really help ease discomfort from breast feeding, or even if you choose not to, or are unable to, they will ease away pain when your milk comes though.They sit comfortably inside my bra and are easy to warm or chill, which ever offers you the best relief.They are easy to clean with a damp cloth.This is a premium brand that makes such constantly good products for nursing mums.

I’m not breastfeeding, but my breasts have been very tender since early pregnancy, and these gel pads give some welcome relief. They’re super soft, flexible, and contour nicely, making both hot and cold therapy comfortable. I can see myself using these postpartum to ease breastfeeding boob swelling or soothe aching boobs.The cover is fixed, so it can’t be washed, only wiped clean. The material isn’t listed, but it feels like soft, stretchy spandex. There are no care instructions, which is a minor drawback.I mainly use them in the evenings and avoid wearing them for more than 20 minutes as they are a little heavy. They fit well inside my maternity bra and have a slimmer profile than another set of breast gel pads so I do prefer these. These are convenient, flexible and provide good relief for sore boobs. I’d definitely recommend them for others suffering from very sore breasts during pregnancy comfort.
