I have been using this product for a year with my menopausal medicine. This is something I had to take with my progesterone and it seems to work great. I would definitely recommend for the money. I had previously been taken another product, which was much more expensive. This product has the same ingredients as other products that cost more. No stomach upset, easy to swallow. Worth trying.
