I have thalassemia and I’m currently pregnant, I always struggle with iron (Ferritin) during my last trimester. Usually when I supplement iron I get nauseous, dizzy, among other things but with this brand I only got nauseous and dizzy while I was getting used to it and now I feel fine.I think it has to do with how it’s the most natural one I’ve been able to find.I also love that it comes in a glass container

Not very effective but it was worth the effort for them. I ended up just taking a real iron supplement with vitamin c to boost my level as this one didn’t seem to do much.
