Also Good For Physical Therapy Exercises…
This Pilates bar kit with resistance bands required very little assembly. You can definitely tell when you have the bar assembled correctly because the the metal tab protrudes visually through the foam covering. This bar is very lightweight and measures 35-1/2” long. The resistance bands are permanently attached and measure 39-1/2 inches long from the bar to the end of the handle. This kit comes with an instruction sheet that includes six exercises. Some of the exercises have you either sitting or standing on the bar, which I found to be very uncomfortable. They display a variety of different exercises on their website listing. I found the exercises to be quite effective. This is also good for physical therapy exercises.

Great for beginners
I’m just getting started in my Pilates journey and liked the idea of the stick to help with exercises. This feels solid quality and like it will hold up well. I am a complete beginner and the included exercises on the product page were a great help in having ideas on how to use this. I feel like it helps me get a deeper stretch. I have only used it a couple times but so far I am liking the idea of the stick and am impressed with this companies product.
