Can I use a Pixie Cup if I have an IUD?
Yes! However, as with all vaginal products, there is a small chance of IUD dislocation. We recommend talking to your gynecologist about using your Pixie Cup with an IUD and possibly having your IUD strings trimmed slightly.
Can I wear my Pixie Cup while swimming, peeing, doing yoga, or having intercourse?

This is such the perfect set. It comes with both size small and large, which is convenient for different stages of your period when your cervix moves (mine definitely does). The steamer is such a great addition to sanitize the cups. It’s small and compact so it’s easy to store and travel with. The extra accessories are a bonus! I’ve read comments about it being uncomfortable and I’ve definitely experienced that in the past with other cups, but these aren’t uncomfortable at all. I don’t feel it at all. I do think the silicone is a tad stiffer than brands like saalt, but it’s still soft and easy to maneuver. It’s been a minute since using cups, so I’m sure it will be a bit of a learning curve, but I’m committed to this! I highly recommend!

This is my second round of purchasing these. I originally bought about 10 years back, and it was starting to fall apart, so it was time to repurchase. I appreciate the sterilizer that comes with this, as boiling is tough to do. I stand behind the durability of their products and look forward to another long stint with their cups! They fit nice and mold well after a quick wash/round in the sterilizer. I havent had many leaks with these and I work long hours where I cant always get a chance to empty it out, so im thankful for the ability to use these for longer durations without worry of destroying my undergarments.

Update: I’m updating my review. After I posted it someone from the company kindly reached out to me and offered me either a refund or that they would send me one of their discs for free to try because they felt it might be a better fit for me. I had never considered the disc before but I was going to buy a different cup anyway so I figured why not try the disc too since it was no risk. Just their offer was kind enough to warrant an updated review but I wanted to wait until I tried the disc so I could see how that went and it is amazing. If you’re struggling with comfort or leakage with the cup try the disc. And a huge thanks and kudos to the company for reaching out to both ensure I was left a happy customer but also that I got something that really worked for me.Original review: The steamer is amazing, I’m lukewarm on the cups. The steamer is super helpful. Boiling was killing my cups. As for the cups, this is my first time with this cup brand and while I like that they don’t push on my bladder as much, placing them and forming a seal is such a pain. I have to make about 6 attempts every time and if I don’t check it about 4 times I end up with a leak. I maybe had one leak in a whole year with my last cup, but like I said, that one pushed uncomfortably on my bladder. I’m torn for now, but def love the steamer.

I have been wanting to try a menstrual cup for about 3 years. Even more so in the last year after finding out about all the crap in our pads and tampons. I ordered the cup and sanitizer combo. (I refuse to sanitize anything that was inside my body in a pot I use for cooking!) I had heard that there is a learning curve, but I was still committed to learning something new for the sake of my health (and my wallet). When it arrived, I was nervous and excited. It felt so weird and, it took me a second to get it in. But I did it. It was so comfortable! I kind of forgot it was in there. Then it came time to take it out. I thought surely it would be easier to take out than it was to put in. That was not the case for me. Not to be dramatic or anything but at one point (don’t judge me) I considered going to the ER. I of course did not go, and once I calmed down I was able to get it out. I tried again on my next period and had the same experience. I was pretty bummed out. I knew I could contact customer service, but I didn’t want to deal with that. Thankfully though, I finally talked myself into it. This is how it went.1. I called the customer service number and left a message Friday night.2. I received a text Sunday morning asking what they could do to make it right.3. I texted back saying I kind of wanted to try the disc.4. They notified me my disc combo pack was on its way.That was it! Never have I ever experienced customer service that great! No, fantastic! It was such a breath of fresh air. If you’re considering trying a cup or a disc, I would HIGHLY recommend Pixie! I would argue that they really do have the world’s best customer service!

I love my Pixie Cup!
So I will begin by saying that yes, there is a little bit of a learning curve when you start out. But after 1-2 cycles you’ll be a pro! Just like with anything else. That being said, once I got the hang of things, I can honestly say I LOVE MY PIXIE CUP! This packaged deal was so convenient for me. It came with lots of little sample goodies, two different sized cups so I could use the one that best works with my flow, and the discreet steamer. No more boiling water on the stove or microwave. I love that the steamer disinfects and sterilizes everything at the end of my cycle in less than three minutes with zero hassle. I’m so glad I switched, and I wish I had done it sooner. Now I don’t have to worry about toxic chemicals from tampons in my body, leaking, the environmental impact of single use period products, or the risk of toxic shock. And the best part about my Pixie Cup? It took ALL my cramps away. No more shoving high doses of pain meds down my throat just to get through the day. I wish I could shout from the rooftops how awesome this product and company is! I did also purchase their stain remover but haven’t had to use it yet, and their foaming cup wash which is also a totally awesome product. It cleans everything really well and I like that it’s PH balanced and fragrance free.
