Perfect for the gym lover in your life
My gym rat husband loves these! Got them for him last year for Christmas and now ordering him his second pack! They are the perfect size to fit in his gym shorts pocket, and the pages have enough space for all his workouts. Great stocking stuffer for a fitness lover who plans/tracks their workouts!

Easy to use – no clutter
So many food journals have a lot of extra written “ clutter “ they want you to track -I love this compact and sturdy journal since it’s very easy to use and cut & dry – I mostly want to track time of day I ate , what I ate , calories and weight daily – this does just that . It’s my 2nd time ordering the 3 pack . Highly recommend.

Great workout journal
This is a great notebook. I use it to pre-plan my workouts and keep track of the weights I’m using to keep progressing. It’s very simple and retro-looking, which is awesome. It feels like something Arnold and Franco would have used back in the 70’s at Gold’s Gym Venice! The only minor gripe I have is that the rows are a bit too narrow and the “Weights”/”Reps” headers are in the same box, so you have to squish both data in there and they aren’t clearly separated by a line or anything. Other than that, I love this notebook.

Unique Little Notebook Set, Perfect for Tracking for Men and Women
This is a simple product at a great price point that is very useful. If you’re tracking daily, each of the three notebooks has enough pages for at least two months of tracking, so this little pack will last you half the year and then some. The quality is top notch too. I like that there’s space on the back page for notes so you can track additional info at your discretion. I keep my workout log and daily goals there so I have everything in one convenient location. I purchased this set years ago so this is my second time purchasing this exact item. The green color is cute, but simple. (Not overly decorative and flowery like some food journals.) I will purchase again in the future and highly recommend this product.

Perfect for powerlifting, bodybuilding sculping any exercise.
To say that we are satisfied is not enough. My family and I have used these and always reorder, ye, they are that good of a product. In 2018 we bought our first ones, since then we have kept every log for each of us. They are small enough to keep around in a shoebox and we use them to look back at our progress. It is pretty well laid out, easy to read, easy to write and most of all they are very affordable and cost-effective. GREAT PRODUCT.as you can see from the picture, we keep them all.

You bite it you write it
In my years of dieting I have to say… I HATE TRACKING MY FOOD. I also have to say I AM ONLY ABLE TO LOSE CONSISTENTLY WHEN I TRACK MY FOOD CONSISTENTLY. grrrrrrrrrrrSo the key to consistently tracking is when it’s easy for me to do. Something I can keep on my kitchen counter or take with me if I’m going to be gone for a few days. While I have tracked online, and it has some advantages, somehow for me I like seeing it in black and white on paper. And it’s just easier for me. No opening and booting up the computer, getting on the tracking website, typing each food in for whichever meal. By the time I do that I could have tracked my entire day on this little gem. There are places for calories, carbs etc but currently I’m on WW so I track “points”.Another thing I like about this is on the back of each tracking page is a “notes” page. I can either jot down a quick recipe or make a grocery list or whatever. It’s just really easy to go back and read thru my days and get ideas for meals and meal plans. This just seems to be a very well thought out food journal. My favorite one so far.

Simple – no common food chart included
FYI- there is nothing on the inside cover where a “Calories for Common Foods” chart is shown in the listing. The entry is simple enough & I bought this particular one over other simple ones because that chart would make it easier for my teen to track.

They’re everything they look like, and they turned up being everything I wanted to track my food, calories, proteins, etc. I just rename some of the top categories in order to track if I’ve eaten enough vegetables and proteins that day. One option could be to leave the carbs and fat blank so people can decide what to track there. Or to have servings to check like for the water intake at the bottom. My only real disappointment with this notepad is that it’s made kind of cheap. And by that, I mean that the metal spring at the top is not large enough. You’d think the point is to flip through it and use it as a pad, but after only 2 sheets/days used, the top cardboard and sheets were already starting to bend and they’re folding out to the side rather than directly underneath the pad. I’ve tried loosening the metal but it didn’t help. In the end I managed to make it fold underneath the pad but only by opening up the metal spring at the top entirely, which means the leaves aren’t tied together anymore. The spring is missing an entire loop at the top.I looked at the other 2 pads in the pack and they’re also made that way. Looks like they were too cheap to leave out enough metal wire to serve the function of flipping the pages properly.

Cheap and cheerful paper, tears easily when thrown around on the gym floor between sets but for the price it’s the only negative I could find.Lots of space for sets, reps, weights with additional note areas for nutrition, sleep, cardio etc.A really good way to track workouts and progress.

As described. Works well, I’m old school, so I like to write things out vs an App. Keeps me more accountable and on track. Will definitely order again.
