Tastes great but left me feeling so sick! It’s almost like when you take a vitamin in the morning before eating kind of feeling, but worse. I still used it as directed for a little but didn’t see a change in appetite. I don’t recommend.

This tea affects individuals differently. I drink it and have no issues or anything, my wife drinks it and she’s going to the bathroom several times later that day. It cleans her out. The nighttime version from the same company does it even more for her. I do have a slight energy boost, but nothing significant. I’m taking it just because, hoping i get some health benefits from it. I’m not a fan of the fake looking pink/red color that comes from the tea, it seems unnatural as if something was added to it, but it does taste good and I enjoy drinking it.
