Myths are discussed. Love stories about others and what worked for them.Important parts in this book for me are the exercises and strength for muscles and bones and also the recipes. It explains how to meal prep, multiple meals at one time, freeze the other for another week and bonus chapters on recipes at the end with the QR code.Very helpful resource book, keep it handy.
