Taste horrible, but that’s my personal opinion
It tastes exactly as described. I don’t like it but I also didn’t expect too. I bought it solely for the nighty night stuff like calmomile and whatever else it had in it. It definitely helps relax me after a stressful day. Sometimes I think it’s the self care of having a hot drink and kind of meditating and decompressing but that paired with the tea ingredients here they go together well. For what it is, it’s definitely exactly that.

I tried this tea for about a year and a couple of months. Do not expect to drink and fall to the floor asleep. However, it did help relax me ALOT, even just the smell after taking it for a while relaxed me. And I get a better nights rest when I take it, feeling more energized in the morning than normal. When I first bought it, I was experiencing trouble sleeping and it helped and now that I’m experiencing trouble with noisy neighbors, its still helping me relax enough to fall asleep.

They changed the formula –
This product used to include valerian root, which is a natural alternative for insomnia, stress and anxiety. And strangely heavily inculcated in my nursing school textbooks. Same desired outcome as chamomile, but with a heavier punch. I was not shocked they changed the ingredients to chamomile.
