You should know what BCAAs are if you are looking at this item. My workout partner, ok legally “my wife”, and I have taken Aminos for years. I am excellent at taking them as part of my routine. However, my spotter… I mean my wife (I keep doing that) says that powders mixed with waters are “gross”. She is in the medical profession so I’m pretty sure that is a technical term. She has taken these without complaint. I have not had to sneak them into her wine. Wait, I would never do that.Oh yeah, they taste good as well.
