A lot of benefits to green tea.
When my grandson (3) is here I brew green & black tea and we drink it (iced tea style). When he’s not here I go with the caps. Many nutrients & vitamins I take this way because food is problematic. Prepared food especially. Even grown food (vegetables fruit etc) is suspect. Grown for appearance rather than nutrition. This extract pushes the EGCG levels higher which improve my metabolism and do good things for my heart.

This is my review of Vitamatic Green Tea Extract with Vitamin C, 25X Concentrate, 98% Polyphenols, 80% Catechins, 50% EGCG, 180 Veg Capsules. This bottle arrived with a sealed bottle cap. Seems to be a good way to get polyphenols, catechins, EGCG, in a single capsule. That is of course if Vitamatic’s claims are met in the product.

A Great Way to Get an Energy Boost in the Morning!
The capsule is a regular size and easy to swallow. I was surprised that the color inside the capsule is pink, but maybe that is from the Vitamin C? It is makes it easy to identify the Green Tea capsules, which is nice. The capsules do not have a taste. I have not experienced any stomach upset or side effects while taking these capsules.I take 1 capsule every morning with breakfast and feel that it gets me up and going with more energy in the mornings. I appreciate that it is a more natural way to get an energy boost and love that it also contains Vitamin C to make sure I stay healthy. I only take 1 capsule a day so this jar will last me for 6 months. That is a great value!

All the benefits of green tea in capsule form, and the energy boost too? Yes, please! Especially in the summer months!!This 25:1 Green Tea Extract supplement from Vitamatic is great stuff in my book! While drinking actual green tea may be more natural, and a way to get a little at a time throughout the day, I admittedly do not stop to brew green tea and sip on it throughout the day, especially in summer months. Yet there are so many health reasons to work green tea into my day. I find this Green Tea Extract supplement to be a great alternative to ensure I’m getting the benefits on green tea in daily, even when water is my drink of choice over taking time to brew green tea. Plus, green tea is not my favorite.This supplement boasts 100mg vitamin C and 400mg green tea 25:1 extract PER CAPSULE. With 180 capsules in the bottle, this should last quite a while, giving me an extra little boost each day.BTW: This is made in the USA in a cGMP facility, and is free of sugar, starch, yeast, soy, wheat, egg, and artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The bottle arrived full -no wasted space-and is recyclable.The expiration date is about 3 years from now, giving me plenty of time to enjoy the full benefits of this product.
