Sleeping like a baby now
I actually have major sleep issues and have prescribed meds I have to take and still it doesn’t fully work. My healthcare provider suggested trying melatonin in addition to the meds. I’ve tried so many different brands and milligrams and still nothing worked until I found these. I chose the 30 mg that are a tasty gummy chew. It doesn’t leave a gross taste in my mouth. In fact they’re pretty good, easy to chew and not sticky like other brands. Since taking them at the same time nightly I’ve actually started getting into a routine where I am feeling sleepy nightly and I don’t need the prescriptions as much anymore. I’ve recommended these to several friends with sleep trouble and they have not disappointed. Great brand and product. I hope they never change the ingredients so I can continue to get rest at night.Initially I did feel groggy the day after taking them but I was also taking 60 mg at a time. I started high because of my sleep issues but I actually didn’t need such a high mg. I would even venture to try a 20 mg of these if they made them but they don’t. Either way, 30 mg is perfect and now that I’m getting rest I no longer need these every night. I’ll definitely continue to recommend them.

Take ONE Hour Before Bedtime!
If you take these one hour before bedtime, you definitely should be groggier and more tired as they are POTENT gummies that work very well at what they do! They taste like some kind of berry or cherry flavor, super easy to swallow, help me to get to sleep faster, but don’t keep me asleep. No, I have other health issues that sometimes interfere with me getting a good nights sleep, and like now, get about four hours due to my current hospitalization.I do wish that, despite how strong one gummy was, that they were $5-10 cheaper as then they’d be much more of a value or “bang for the Buck.”

So far, so good! These melatonin gummies taste great and are easy to take. I’ve noticed I’m falling asleep more easily and my sleep feels more consistent. I also appreciate that they’re sugar-free and vegetarian. I’ll continue using them, to get a better vibe – but my initial experience has been very positive.

I take one of these gummies at night and they knock my butt out. My husband thinks they taste like cough syrup , but I could eat them by the handfuls. Either way they work.
