I am extremely disappointed with this treadmill and honestly regret buying it. From the moment I took it out of the box, nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Every time I press the start button, the machine begins counting down like it’s going to work normally, but then it suddenly stops and displays an E01 error code. The belt never properly starts moving, making the treadmill completely unusable.I followed all troubleshooting steps recommended in the manual. I made sure the belt was smooth and not tight, checked that nothing was blocking it, reset the machine multiple times, unplugged it for long periods, and even tried starting it without standing on it. None of these solutions fixed the issue. For a brand-new product, customers should not have to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems right out of the box.The quality control on this product seems very poor. A treadmill should at least perform its most basic function — walking — but this one fails before it even starts. It feels like the motor or internal sensor system was either damaged during shipping or never properly tested before being sold. Seeing an error code immediately after pressing start makes this feel like a defective unit rather than user error.Another frustrating part is that this product is marketed as convenient and ready to use, yet it requires far too much effort just to attempt operation. Buyers should not need technical knowledge or repairs for something advertised as plug-and-play fitness equipment.Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected a reliable walking pad for daily exercise, but instead received a machine that does not work at all. I would not recommend this treadmill unless the manufacturer significantly improves quality control and reliability. Save yourself the time, stress, and disappointment and consider a different brand.

Nice Walking Pad Treadmill
I have had other walking pads but this one is the absolute best. Most don’t have the handle bar so you don’t feel as safe. The handle bar gives extra support and gives you a feel of security. Assembly is quick and takes about 30 minutes and I am not handy at all. It is well made and seems like a quality design. It works for all fitness levels. Everything is straightforward. The walking pad does not take up a lot of space and stores away easily. It’s a great value for the dollar.
