I’m 175 lbs and it cracked in about 6 months.
I loved this wheel… It was a game changer for my back pain, as I’m a tall baker who is leaned forward a lot. But, I heard a crack in June and then realized that my 175 lbs had cracked what is supposed to support up to 500 lbs. This explains why there is an option to buy a 2-year insurance plan. If I had thought there was a chance that this product wouldn’t last 2 years, I wouldn’t purchase it. I pay car insurance and home insurance and I’m not planning to buy insurance for a $40 spinal wheel. This product does not support the weight advertised and I’m really disappointed.

It’s just as good
This works just as well as the original Chirp version at 1/3 the cost. I’ve used many backtherapy devices throughout the years and this this one of the best I’ve tried. I use all four sizes which gives me instant relief from most back pain. Highly recommended!

Roller edges cut into my back
Unfortunately, the edges of the ABS strong back (the green part) are not sufficiently padded and they cut into my back during use.
