Very Rich & Clean
This is a wonderful cream that is safe to use for both mother and baby. It’s a really thick and dense cream that is sort of transparent looking. It’s actually kind of balmy. Though this comes in a small tube, you only need to use a very small amount at a time because of it being so rich. No smell to this whatsoever. Seems to be extremely clean and safe.Once you rub this in, you can see and feel that it full of emollients. It can be kind of oily, but it will eventually absorb into the skin. Will leave your skin and nipples conditioned and feeling so much better. Great for any sort of chaffing. Very soothing and healing.If you have any left once you’ve weaned your baby away from nursing, this cream will be extremely helpful for any other kind of chaffing or patches of dry skin. A really high quality skin cream that is especially safe for using along the nipples during times of nursing.

Works for me!
I, unfortunately, had to suffer weeks of cracked nipples because my 10m is teething and it is recommended that I continue breastfeeding. Healthcare provider suggested a lanolin cream so I got this.The cream is thick and sticky and it doesn’t taste like anything (I licked it to check). I put it on this morning and it immediately moisturized the area. Both my kids breastfed during the day with no rejection (didn’t react to its presence at all). My nipple still hurt during feeding because of open cracks but at least it wasn’t as bad, it dried up less and I feel like I’m on my way to recovery.Price and size wise, it is comparable to other brands. Very happy I have this to help me heal.

New Mom essential
Lanolin is a lifesaver for nursing mothers. I used nursing all my babies and am happy to have this to give to my daughter’s as they begin nursing. This product is very similar to what we handed out in the hospital lactation clinic 25 years ago. It feels and smells the same. This is a smaller bottle that what I used to buy, but I like that better because it’s easier to dispense this way. Every new mom needs this stuff! 5 stars.

Brings some relief
This definitely brings some moisture and relieves cracking/soreness. I tried this on some dry patches on my elbow as well and it seemed to help. I like that there is no smell, no taste. It’s a bit thick and sticky, but it does absorb well and doesn’t leave any staining in clothes. Definitely recommend for breastfeeding mommas who are struggling with this problem!

Moisturizes well
I am conflicted about this product or, rather, the ingredient. Lanolin is not vegan. I had been interested in an alternative to Earth Mama because their counterpart smells and tastes like cocoa butter.I knew about the animal association when I ordered the product. However, I am reading contradictory information about whether animals are actually harmed when the oil is extracted from the hair of the sheep.If animals are harmed during the extraction process, I would prefer to go back to Earth Mama or use plain vaseline, cocoa butter, or shea butter.

a balm for chapped lips
This is a review of Zomee Lanolin Nipple Cream for Breastfeeding, 100% Natural Ingredient, 1.41 oz I ordered this to relieve chapped lips. This cream works well, and my lips are now slowly recovering from some awful product that had dried them out. I like that this cream comes in a smallish tube — I can carry it around as needed, and I do not have to put my hands in a jar. The tube keeps the product hygienic.

Definitely lighter
So I use Lanolin for a different cause… my daughter’s face ezcema. It has worked wonders for her but some Lanolin creams are very thick and sticky. After I made sure my daughter wouldn’t have a reaction to this cream, I’ve been able to apply it to her face and it goes in light and soft, and has kept her ezcema at bay. So I recommend it even if I use it for a different purpose.
