The jngredients are commonly found in most kitchens, the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow, but the results are not uninspired or repetitive. The variety of cuisines and flavors is still broad, so you won’t get bored eating from this cookbook exclusively for weeks at a time.This is a perfect book for anyone looking to boost the protein in their diet, cut weight, or just start eating healthy in general.

This book is packed with value, full of amazing, easy-to-make recipes with tons of variety that usw practical easy to find ingredients and are – most importantly – delicious. The fact that all the recipws are high-protein really make it simple to stay on track for the day without having to overdo it with any single meal and I appreciated the meal plans and grocery guides that make shopping and scheduling even easier. It’s a great cookbook and a resource that I’ll be referring to for some time to come.

I’ve tried so many cookbooks marketed as “healthy” or “weight loss” that all ended up being complicated or bland – this one pleasantly surprised me because it is delicious! The recipes are tasty, use normal easily accessible ingredients, and actually keep me full.
