    Perfect little bendable carry book for quick meal notes
    Really like the information layout of the page. For someone like me that has a bit of ADD & can forget things the pg outline is perfect. It’s not so polluted with art or sections. it’s itemized distinction on where to write notes down & all I want / need to visually see and note down. Book is lightweight, bendable but sturdy enough not to bend and damage away as time goes on. I ordered a few different meal planners to compare & choose – this one is my favorite.     So this was the ONLY type of daily food journal that had exactly what I wanted and needed and was fun to use I just wish it came in a spiral type of notebook…. Can we make that happen please ??????

    If you’re looking for a simple but cute food journal I highly recommend this one. Great price with plenty of room to write everything. I add my meds in the note section along with the extra liquids I have through the day. I love this journal!
