I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a complimentary copy. When I first picked this book to read, I thought it would be way too long and read like a manuscript, but this is not the book. This is a 140-page guide packed full that gives you not only how Intermittent fasting works for seniors, but it also gives you a roadmap on how to get there. You get a grocery list that points out the best foods and those that should be avoided. It had a few different exercise plans to follow and easy-to-follow recipes as well. Overall, easy to follow and not overstuffed with so much detail that it reads like a manuscript.

Good advice for Intermittent fasting
I’m a senior and have been using IF for some time, but not correctly. This book gave good information for seniors doing IF. It does get repetitive a number of times, but has good advice, such as making sure that you are doing this under a doctor’s supervision. It also has a lot of good recipes in the back that you can use while intermittent fasting.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
