Easy to read and follow
I have heard a lot about intermittent fasting these last few years and since I am almost 60, I decided to give it a try, and surprised how easy it is, and how effective. The author of this book explains the reasons why it works so good too improve mood, burn fat, increase energy, and have less joint aches and pains. The concept is laid out from a historical perspective in that our ancestors did not always have to eat 3 meals per day. And breakfast is not the most important meal of the day, and should be skipped. I have lost 25 pounds following the advise in this book. Highly recommended.

A nice surprise of a book. I’ve been telling family about the importance of not always eating so your body can recover and repair itself. I got a few of them this book and the lightbulb went off for a few of them. It’s really refreshing to be reminded that all this eating we’re doing and access to it is relatively new to human history and we had to go and get our food ourselves without there being any shelves or labeled items. It also gives a beginner friendly way to start fasting that will provide benefits in a short period of time!
