Best Adjustable Dumbbell you can buy
I’ve been using these for over a year now and they have served me very well. You just have to understand their limitations- the main one being that you don’t want to drop them on the floor. The other is that the max weight is 27.5 lbs. So yes, if you’re very strong and you like going to failure, you might be a little disappointed. However, if you’re an average person like me and just want to get in a decent home workout, these could be perfect for you.The adjustment mechanism is easy to use and the weight increments make a lot of sense. They start out with 2.5-lb increases with the lower weights and jump up to 5-lb increases at the higher end. You can do anything you would do with normal dumbbells- bench presses, shoulder presses, curls, triceps extensions, rows, flys, lunges, etc.The plates do move around a little bit, which can be scary at first. However, I’ve never had one fall out on me and over time you will develop trust in the equipment. I do feel like they aren’t perfectly evenly weighted, meaning that you’ll want the two red bar things aligned when you’re doing your exercises. Maybe that’s all in my head.In my mind those things are a small price to pay for the space and money you save with these. Here’s my setup- I have a squat rack and associated bar/plates for heavy, going-to-failure type of workouts and then I have these in the corner for high-rep stuff or for when I’m not going to failure and don’t feel like swapping out plates all the time. Yes, I know that’s a weird, lazy thing to avoid when I’m trying to work out, but that’s how the human mind works sometimes. These really make my home gym a lot more versatile and they take up almost no space.The price is very low to compare to other expensive one out there , but you just have to think about how much it would cost to buy all the dumbbells you would want. Then you might buy something like a 12.5-lb dumbbell not knowing if you’ll ever actually use that one or not. Also, think about how much a monthly gym membership costs, plus the associated transportation. Not to mention the time wasted going back and forth to the gym. If you get these plus a good quality bench (don’t go cheap on the bench), you’re going to be able to stay in shape if you’re motivated to do so.

I like that the product was only $400 for a set or 2 adjustable dumbells that go up to 71 lbs each. I have seen adjustable dumbells that go up to 50lbs each and they run anywhere from $300-$500. So this product was in the middle cost of adjustable dumbells and I got more weight for that price. I believe I saved about $2-400 compared to other brands with like weight.I like the ease of use. I have seen reviews on this item saying the weight fall off and fortunately I haven’t had that issue. I also seen videos of people saying make sure it is fully locked before you pick them up… (I’d certainly hope one would check this before picking the weights up) i assumed that maybe some people have issues because you may have kids that are hard on the weights.. they may put them down hard or drop them.. I can’t confirm this is the issue, but I assumed this when I bought them. This product had some bad reviews so I was skeptical, however it is easy to find bad reviews these days.. even bowflex dumbells had bad reviews.. and I even found bad reviews on the powerblocks. I just picked the less expensive bad reviews I guess. Anywho, I bought these dumbell ls thinking I am saving about $300 or so (depending on the brand of the competition) example,, power block was about $400 or so (depending on model) and you need an extension kit that cost about $180.. the price can go up depending on what you want. I like that what you see is what you get and I don’t have to fool around with adding extra kits and hoping Amazon/the seller in Amazon sends me the right extension kit.. or me ordering the wrong kit.. less worry and stress for sure… now it’s time for the bad… the weights are not a snug fit at all.. they shake and rattle.. I have tried to shake the weight off and nothing happened. It appears to be holding up but time will tell.. do i believe they will last??? Im not sure to be honest.. I hope they last but the shaky weights makes me wonder… basically this is what I think… it may be a bad product overtime but as of now I have potentially saved about $300 and I may get lucky with this lasting through the years. Even if the product is bad and fails in 6 months or a year, then at least I saved $300 and I would learn what to buy next time.. as of now I will give it a solid Green light and say go. If you have a lot of extra money then I would personally buy the neubell adjustable dumbells because it appears to be way better made, but your boy doesn’t have about 1G to spend on some weights like that. Think of it like a used car,, it’s sketchy and may break down early, but boy did you save money!!!!This part right here is an update since I have now owned these for well over a year.They work perfectly fine and no issues with the weight falling off. I use them sparingly so I can’t confirm if the weights would last using them daily. I do feel confident in these weights and I would go back in time to buy them again. The weights are better than I thought.

Great adjustable weight set – problem getting info on discount for additional product offer
Bought these for my youngest son and he is very pleased with them. They take a little getting used to for the weight adjustments and such, but overall a great product. I do have an issue though with the product description. It offers 50% off the adjustable balance ball trainer — 1st bullet in the description. I have tried numerous times to determine HOW to get that product 50% off, with no luck. I will reach out to the seller directly. I sent feedback to the Amazon site on the item description. I have tried everything and am frustrated. I ordered another set of these for Christmas gift for another son, and want two of the balance trainers, so not giving up yet. Absent that issue, I would have rated these a 4 star overall.UPDATE: I changed my rating to a 4 star. I contacted the seller directly. They instructed me to buy two of the balance ball trainers and they would refund me one order once they were received. I sent them an email today indicating they were processing the refund — so hence I did receive the 50% off discount on the two items. Still a big hassle to get the discount and all. AtivaFit should either provide a discount code to use and a link to the 50% off product, or drop the promotion in this product description. Overall the weights are nice, not perfect due to some difficulties understanding the settings and all that, but nice. A bit overpriced, but so is most home training equipment right now. THANKS to the company for honoring the discount — much appreciated.

One of the plate fell off twice and damaged the floor. Demotivated to use and have to bring outside for workout, using with caution, not lifting above the head. Plates are not firmly attached and it creates a noise with movement.

Cadeau pour mon fils, qui fait de la muscu dans sa chambre avec la fermeture des salles.Heureusement la livraison s’est faite très rapidement avec Amazon Prime car il était impatient.Le carton est vraiment très solide et l’ensemble est très bien emballé avec soin.C’est un set d’haltères au top et très pratique. Plus besoin de plusieurs poids car tout est sur le même dispositif. Grâce au sélectionneur on choisit facilement le poids qu’on veut soulever avec des poids allant de 2,5kg à 12kg il y en a pour tous les niveaux.La prise en main est facile (poignée est ergonomique et antidérapante) , le grip est agréable et facile à régler. L’haltère est efficace pour faire des séries avec des poids différents et entre chaque haltère il y a un petit écart qui évite d’avoir du bruit quand on s’entraîne avec.Rangement optimisé et qualité au rendez-vous.

Ho acquistato il manubrio regolabile che avevo sempre e solo visto in video, e l’ho trovato fenomenale per una mia piccola home gym che sto facendo appunto in casa.Li ho trovati essenziali per risparmiare spazio e la rapidità con cui si modifica il peso lo rende perfetto per allenamenti ad alta intensità o senza riposo tra una serie e l’altra, a mio avviso sostituisce molto bene una rastrelliera composta da diverse coppie, ma occupando lo spazio di poco più di una coppia.I materiali sono molto buoni, il peso rispecchia quanto dichiarato e tutto sembra essere di ottima fattura.Anche esteticamente fa la sua bella figura e la base d’appoggio fa si di averli sempre ben stabili e saldi a terra.Davvero molto molto consigliati! Sicuramente il prezzo non è bassissimo ma bisogna paragonarlo ad almeno 4 coppie di manubri di diverso peso

Arrivati puntuali e ottimamente confezionati, anche se per acquistarne 2 ho dovuto prenderli su account diversi,ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso. Appena aperti, sul bilanciere “troneggia” un bel adesivo con su scritto MADE IN CHINA,come a voler indicare, ora son problemi vostri!! (ma non scandalizzati, ormai è quasi tutto cinese ma ciò non è sinonimo sempre di scarsa qualità.. Anzi!) testati subito, di questo marchio possiedo anche la panca, devo dire che son fatti bene impugnatura anti scivolo, facile cambiare il peso del manubrio ecc. IMPENSABILE avere una piccola home gym a casa con altra tipologia di manubri, almeno che non abbiate molto spazio, per fare serie ripetizioni ecc. In pochi secondi si può sostituire il peso per una comodità unica. Oggi dopo un mese da me testati quasi giornalmente non potrei farne a meno. Per ovviare al problema del rumore nel cambio del peso e negli esercizi ho messo dei piccoli feltri adesivi, ciò non inficia in nessun modo con l’uso corretto dell’attrezzatura. Pienamente soddisfatto!
