Good quality. Variable weights while taking up a small space for storage.
These weights are just what I was looking for. I live fill time in an RV and have limited space. These weights take up minimal space but give me the option of variable weights. If all of the sections were attached, they are quite wide, but that won’t matter to me with the types of exercises I was planning on doing. The sections click together solidly. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a variety of dumbells while utilizing a small space for storage.

So versatile – add or subtract weight easily!!!
These are so cool – are adjustable saving on buying a bunch of different weights – brilliant design!These are perfect for me – I’m just getting back to the world of exercise & building muscle. Our muscles define so much of our health. They support our entire body, influence our metabolism & are great for longevity. Muscles respond to lifting our whole life!Starting slowly with 2 & 5 lbs – very gradually adding weight ( so easy with these – you just add a little piece on the ends ) and more reps.They are always there & never really wear out!
