Helps my anxiety and improves sleep
I have really bad anxiety that worsens at night. This helps me go to sleep easier and I don’t wake up feeling groggy or tired. I love this stuff. The gummies taste decent and are a bit hard to chew in my opinion but I love them regardless of that.

Great supplement
I don’t find it to have a sour taste at all. It doesn’t really have a distinct taste but I enjoy nonetheless. I take in the morning before work and notice my mood has overall improved; before allowing something to inconvenience me I simply pause and shrug it off. Other days I’ll take at night and notice I sleep well. I’ll purchase again definitely.

Sweet and tangy, not sour
At first glance I was concerned I would regret this purchase. I chose the pineapple flavor and was surprised to see it labeled as “sour” on the packaging. I was deliberately avoiding sour gummies and the description didn’t say sour. But the taste was great, tangy and very pleasant. I feel it helps me relax before bed.

On my second bottle and think these have changed my life. No more short temper or snapping on my children. I have been on meds for anxiety in the past but got off. Was going to get back on them but heard about taking Magnesium and I’m so glad I did!!Make sure you get the pineapple flavor I originally ordered the other flavor and that is a different type of magnesium for constipation

BUYER BEWARE!!! Formula changed: contains 3 types of sugar!!!
They changed the formula! This used to be vegan and sweetened with monk fruit, which causes no digestive issues. The new formula has entirely different ingredients! They removed monk fruit and added not only gelatin (not vegan friendly; common allergen), but also not one, but 3 (!!!) different types of artificial sugars for cheaper manufacturing, despite the price being the same. The new formula contains maltitol, sorbitol and erythritol, the first one raises blood sugar faster than regular table sugar and will knock you out of ketosis! I didn’t know it was changed and took it as usual, which started causing a BUNCH of digestive issues (bloating, indigestion, gas, fast heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, shaking etc.). This should’ve came with a big huge warning label about the new ingredients, as many people are sensitive or allergic to artificial sweeteners!! The amount of magnesium in each gummy is also not as stated on the label, since I was taking it and it didn’t do anything until I took double what I normally take with these from the previous bottle to see any kind of effect. This is crucial for someone who constantly has to monitor electrolyte levels and take a specific amount at a specific time and can’t swallow pills. Not only did this cause issues, but it took longer to get out of an imbalance episode, with many more side effects. The new formula seems to affect blood pressure, as it spiked mine, which never happened with the old one. BUYER BEWARE!!!
