    Great quality whole food prenatal
Great quality whole food prenatal, which is rare. Rather expensive but worth it to me. Nothing undesirable in it. Easy to swallow BUT a serving is 6!! No noticeable taste or smell.

Easily the best Prenatal on the market!
As a nutritional therapy practitioner, I spend a great deal of time looking for whole food sources of vitamins and minerals that support health. This prenatal is the only one of its kind…I am so glad to have found it. Liver, fish eggs, and oyster?! It doesn’t get much better than this. No synthetic chemicals or seed oils either?! The absolute best for supporting fertility and a healthy pregnancy. I had my baby in September after using this product for several months….both baby and I are thriving!

    Stinky but good
I spent a lot of time looking into which vitamins to use and decided on these because of the natural ingredients. The size of the pills are pretty standard to other prenatal capsules, but the fishy smell and taste was almost unbearable for me, and they were hard to keep down because of that. I still think these vitamins are great, however I wouldn’t recommend taking them on an empty stomach, and maybe with something flavored to mask the scent and taste.

    Love the ingredients
I love the ingredients of this prenatal. They are smelly, and I did have a hard time taking them in the first trimester due to aversions but they are worth continuing to try because of the fantastic ingredients (if you take them with juice or a mouthful of water they aren’t hard to get down)

    Replaced my handful of supplements!
I really enjoy bloom so far! I ordered from Amazon and have been taking it for about a week. I was taking a handful of supplements and this has replaced many of them with just one pill. I am super passionate about what I and my family put on and in our bodies, so the ability to get nutrients from animal-based sources is so cool!

    NOT a complete Prenatal supplement
This product is marketed as a prenatal, but it is missing essential nutrients that are non-negotiable in pregnancy. Most importantly, it contains NO FOLATE – a critical nutrient. Any product labeled or implied as a prenatal without folate is unacceptable. It also lacks other core prenatal nutrients, including: Vitamin D, Iodine, DHA/Omega-3s, Clearly dosed B12, iron, zinc, or calcium.Instead, it relies on vague “whole food” ingredients (liver, roe, marrow) with no standardized nutrient amounts, which makes it impossible to know what you’re actually getting – especially dangerous in pregnancy where dosing matters. This may be fine as a supplement add-on, but it is absolutely not a complete prenatal and should not be marketed as such. Expectant parents deserve transparency. And for this price! It also has tons of vitamin A (again, no clear dosing) which is dangerous in pregnancy.Extremely disappointing and misleading.
