Seems to work
My doctor told me that in order to see results, I would have to take this for a full month. As I’m down to the last capsule, I think it was effective in keeping away the dreadful uti/yeast.I’m horrible with pills, and these are large capsules. The manufacturer states you can open the capsules and mix it in applesauce or whatever. I can confirm that the powder doesn’t have a taste at least. The capsules are also super easy to pull apart. I usually just mix it with a little yogurt or juice and it still works just fine.I haven’t noticed any GI upset, and the L-theanine didn’t really work for me until I was almost a month in. Overall these are great for women, but it’s also kind of expensive. I’ll come back and update my review after I start/finish the second month.

I’ve only been taking this a week and it’s seriously changed my life I normally have issues with my gut with gluten and I’ve had more gluten this week than I have had in months and no issues!

Gut health + good sleep
My doctor recommended these particular probiotics to me and I’m glad I followed her orders. The probiotics do what they are supposed to do and the L-Theanine helps me feel somewhat calmer. I go to sleep almost as soon as my head hits the pillow. I take one at night before bed.

I have been taking probiotics regularly for digestive health, however, the probiotics that I usually take require refrigeration. The advantage of this probiotic is that it does not require refrigeration and that you only need to take one per day. I have not experienced any side effects from taking it. The added bonus it that it also helps with the mind wellness which I haven’t really notice a change.
