    It’s amazing, I like that your able to start with before picture and weight and measurements, gives you options to write meals and positive or thankful for notes. The value for the product is worth it. For a 90 day journal it’s small enough to put in a purse or work bag. Will buy again

    I’m so happy with this food journal; it’s exactly what I needed to help me stay accountable and motivated on my health journey. The design is absolutely beautiful and the color is prettier in person. The cover feels sturdy and high-quality, and I love the little details like the pen loop, ribbon bookmark, and the pages of fun motivational stickers. The layout inside is so thoughtfully done. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to fill out. There are spaces to track my daily meals, water, sleep, calories, protein, carbs, fats, and even my goals and measurements. I especially love that it’s undated, so I can start anytime and don’t feel pressured to use it every single day. When used daily, it covers 90 days, which feels like the perfect amount of time to build consistent habits.The paper quality is great too. It’s nice and thick and ink doesn’t bleed through. There’s also room for notes and even spots to add progress photos each month, which is such a motivating touch.     Good thought but set didn’t quite work for me
    I bought this to try to organize myself and get more strict about my nutrition. I wish it had more space for free text and more room to fill in foods. I need like 6 snack lines. But I guess maybe that’s why I need the book in the first place ….
