Delicious and Effective
This is very delicious tea! And it’s a great deal. Easy to use and very effective in helping me relax to go to sleep. It’s a huge bag of tea bags (75 is a lot) for the price.

Works great and not sluggish the next day!
I finally got around to trying this, and boy does it work well! First off, you get almost a full six months supply, which is a great deal considering the ingredients. The bags are NOT individually wrapped. Good for the environment–however, I don’t want to keep the entire bag in our tea cabinet because it’s so large. I used the handy tongs that are included to pick out a bunch, and keep them in a small glass jar, and keep the big back in the pantry.I drank the tea around 9pm. I was falling asleep by 9:30’ish, but powered through so I didn’t wake at the crack of dawn the next morning.I woke feeling a very small amount of drowsiness, but not that zombie feeling I’ve gotten from other sleep aides. Within 10 minutes, I was fully awake and felt happy and refreshed. Definitely a good product!

A fantastic formulation and a soothing tea
This is one of the best-tasting herbal tea formulations I’ve ever had. All of the ingredients are useful for relaxation and helping you sleep. I had to look up ashwaganda, because I always forget what it’s for; it, too, is great for sleep and also has other benefits. The holy basil (tulsi) is an especially good herbal tea, and mixing it with chamomile lends a sophisticated flavor profile.This tea comes in a large resealable freshness bag and includes bamboo tongs for pulling out individual tea bags. The bags don’t have strings, which I actually prefer. The only thing I don’t like so much is that the tea bags seem to be those plasticized ones that don’t break down in the compost very well, but I like the tea so much that I won’t knock off a star for that. Highly recommended blend, good hot or cold. I make a large insulated glass full and sip on it all day to help keep things mellow.
