The scale
The scale is excellent, very accurate and easy to use. I love that it has multiple units of measurement and a tare function, making it easy to weigh different ingredients without complications. Versatile and useful for recipes, diet percentages and weight for candle wax to make a candle.
We bought this scale to aid in candle, a new hobby for the new year. It is easy to use and the directions are easy to follow. The scale can tare out the candle mold so that only the actual wax is weighed, which is helpful when making two candles at the same time. As this is a kitchen scale and will weigh up to 22lbs, it can also be used in the kitchen when precise measurements are needed. Since I am a diabetic, I can weigh the grams of food I want to eat and then calculate the percentage of carbs, proteins, and fat I need to keep my blood sugar in control. It is will also make it easier to follow recipes without having to calculate grams to ounces. This scale can use batteries or can be recharged using the port cord.

Must-Have tool. Makes measuring for greater consistency so much easier
I bake and rely on precise measurements for as much consistency as I can get. It also functions to assure same size meatballs, hamburgers, dinner rolls, & layer cake batter, for more even distribution/cooking. This scale is designed ->more conveniently long enough that I can put a dinner plate on it and still easily read the lighted display. I also wanted a battery operated scale that is *always* ready to get to work. It is slim enough to quickly slide right into its storage place. Easy to use; easy to clean. This type of accuracy has been of great value to me for decades. My previous scale lasted well over 10 years of frequent use.

Easy to use out of the box. Works on nearly every weight (Fl. oz., oz, kg, g, etc.) Cheaper than I expected to pay when I was looking for a kitchen scale. Display is well lit and easy to read. Wipes clean after use.
