The short review: It’s hard to say if this does anything for me. Other reviews have noted this is a “quiet” supplement in that there’s no real noticeable changes, and anything that does happen is subtle. In my case it’s been so subtle I can’t tell if it truly works. I’ve bought it three times, and my weight hasn’t gone down nor has my usual portions. It’s helped in staving off my appetite for a time but I’m still eating my usual amounts and not feeling any fuller. Also worth noting that the third time I purchase this supplement, there was a yellow dust all over the interior. I’m assuming a pill broke because the whole thing was properly sealed, but it’s unnerving all the same. Overall I don’t think any harm would come to you if you took this, just don’t expect it to actually do anything for your weight. It will not help you.Longer review: I initially bought this in late October-early November. I took two a day for 30 days straight as recommended, at first one at breakfast then another at lunch. I found my appetite reduced for a few hours, but I was eating the same amount. This month I’ve started taking two at a time, both at breakfast, and that seems to stave off my appetite until lunch-late dinner. So if I take it around 9:30am, then I won’t be truly hungry until 4pm.I don’t have a dedicated exercise regiment, I just try to walk for 30 minutes every day if I can, and am otherwise sit a lot for my work. The supplements have not affected any weight loss in addition to exercise. I started around 151-155lbs, and remain there. I suppose it’s helpful in preventing any weight gain but if you’re looking for weight loss specifically, this isn’t for you.The most consistent side effect I encountered was my bowels seemed to be slowing, I suppose? It was harder to “go” than usual. I have some gastrointestinal issues so sometimes I’ll eat sometime and be in and out of the bathroom for hours after. I’ve found that the supplements have stopped that, but my stomach still churns unpleasantly like it needs to pass something that just won’t happen. I wouldn’t describe this as full on constipation, but close enough.I’m uncertain as to whether or not to purchase a fourth time since it hasn’t done too much for me overall, especially considering the third had a bill burst open and get yellow powder over everything, but I hope my (human written) review helps inform someone’s decision.
