Wonderful journal
I’ve used this journal for a week now and it has been amazing. It has really helped me focus on each day at a time. The quality is absolutely outstanding, the book itself is high quality, it lays flat which makes it easy to write in, the pages are thick and easy to write on. I love it so much I actually got the prayer journal that they sell as well!

This journal is perfect! I kept searching for the perfect one that I would look forward to writing in everyday and this is it. I record my health & wellness journey in here as well as dreams, plans, experiences, feelings, etc. I love that every week there is a review and each week the review is a little bit different. Also on each daily there is a different question to fill and a quote. There are also monthly review pages as well. There are four colors and I hope to continue and use a different color journal each time. The sticker that come with this are fun as well. I highly recommend!

The paper is nice!
This is a great way to keep track of daily life. The paper thickness is nice for Sharpies, pens or pencil. I got the pink color and it’s a good color to remind me to pick it up and check in with myself often. I’m glad it doesn’t come pre dated so you can take breaks if necessary.

Such a lovely little book that covers a variety of areas. Very good quality with thick paper. Plenty of space to write reflections about your day although don’t expect to write an essay, generally speaking you have 4 or 5 lines. The only small tweaks I would make is that you kind of go back and forth quite a bit, for example, the month reviews are at the beginning, then it is 7 days, then a weekly review. It just means you end up having to keep track of your months and weeks separately
