Remarkably Effective for Staying Asleep…but Start Small
I was really struggling with waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep. Falling asleep wasn’t my issue, it was staying asleep. This blend has worked exceptionally well for that. That said, it’s very strong when steeped too long or in high amounts. The first time, I used about two teaspoons steeped for 30 minutes, and it left me quite groggy in the morning. I then tried one teaspoon for 30 minutes, which was better but still a little intense. What’s worked best for me is about half to one teaspoon steeped for 10–15 minutes (covering it with something to keep it hot while steeping). For anyone new to this, don’t overdo it. And as for the appearance, yes, it looks a bit like hay, but that’s just what the ingredients look like. This isn’t “tea” made from tea leaves; it’s an herbal blend of flowers and plant material, which is exactly what it’s supposed to look like.

Insomnia is awful
Works nicely and provides a change of taste

Works pretty well, high cost tho
Descent flavor and does help settle my nerves before bed. I used my ninja blender to make finer particulate which helps it steep better. Also I used another from same brand to make my own version of sleepy time tea. Will buy again

Warning: First Ingredient is Poppies
Well, it certainly made me tired. So I suppose it does what it claims. My bad for not looking at the ingredients list, I guess? But I certainly didn’t feel like that was a thing I needed to do for tea.I felt drugged.Usually, I drink a cup of tea before bed, while I read, to relax. However, I could not concentrate enough to read. Couldn’t even get through a paragraph. I put down the book and went to sleep very fast. I still felt a bit “off” the next day. (Note: I did brew the tea for closer to 20 minutes, as opposed to the suggested 10-15.)I threw my tea in the garbage. (It is non-returnable.)Copied from an article by Mayo Clinic, “Poppy seed tea: Beneficial or dangerous?”:”Poppy seed tea is a drink made by soaking large amounts of unwashed poppy seeds in water or lemon juice. Poppy seed pods contain morphine and codeine, which are opioid medicines. The seeds are coated with small amounts of these opioids, which remain in the liquid when the seeds are removed. The amount of opioids in the seeds can vary depending on the growing and harvesting conditions of the plant. People drink this tea to feel a natural high or to treat pain or anxiety. However, drinking large amounts of poppy seed tea may be deadly. Drinking poppy seed tea increases the risk of opioid overdose and can potentially lead to misuse and opioid use disorder. The tea also can contain lethal amounts of morphine. Some people use poppy seed tea as their main source of opioids. Others use it to cope with withdrawal from other opioids such as heroin. The amount of opioid in the tea depends on several factors. How much of the pod coating is left on the seeds, how many seeds are used, how the tea is prepared and how much is consumed are some factors that affect tea strength. The effects of the tea can begin within 15 minutes and last up to 24 hours.”Be careful with this tea.

Natural
This herbal tea is a true discovery for those who appreciate all things natural! The herbs unfold with such richness and harmony that you immediately realize: this is something special. There’s not even a hint of artificial flavoring—just the pure power of nature in every cup. It’s like being transported to a summer meadow, filled with sunshine, freshness, and peace. With its wonderful taste, natural ingredients, and cozy feel, this tea truly deserves the highest praise!

Makes me sleepy but…
I really like the peaceful feeling that I get from just a small amount of this tea, but i noticed it makes me pee all night ,which is not ideal for a sleep tea. I googled each herb, and according to what I read, every herb in this tea is a diuretic. I think this is the reason I get a terrible headache, the next morning, when I drink it. Too bad, I guess I’ll have to keep looking for a good sleep tea.
