    I have tried many of these recipes now and can say they are ALL real simple and delicious. People always say what not to eat, but never tell you what you can eat. This recipe book fills you in on everything that you can eat and makes it simple.

    Quick easy recipes w keep-on-hand ingredients
    Many simple recipes–each with a photo–with nutrition info for each. 4 or 5 recipes on each 2 page spread. So though the book is only 78 pages, it is packed with quick recipes, nearly all w ingredients you’ll want to keep on hand for high protein, low carb journey. This delightful book lies flat. Plus first 9 pages have very goof info on HP, LF game plan.

    I like the book. It is very helpful, specifically when you don’t know where to start to do your diet. The only thing is that some foods I don’t like and they don’t give you options. Also they don’t tell you how much to eat for example the blue berry muffins are for breakfast the number of servings are 6 so how many should you eat for breakfast?. I’m assuming only one, but it doesn’t say. Other than that it’s perfect!
