Pretty good cookbook overall. I’m not over 60 but still found it useful lol. Very nicely illustrated. Recipes are simple and don’t need weird ingredients, which I like. Some meals are kinda basic but that makes them easy to prep, so not complaining. The 30-day plan is a nice bonus, especially if you’re new to keto. Not mind-blowing, but definitely worth having on hand if you want to keep things easy.

This books is very interesting. The recipes are good and the pictures in the ebook are great, not AI. I like the recipe with Rye Bread with smoked Salmon and the Chia pudding with coconut milk an mango, I really like mango. The recipes are right for a 60 plus years old, my wife eat this kind of food and keep her healthily a lot, I really need to take care my diet and this book it is helping me a lot.

The meals are approachable and look genuinely tasty. Not too fancy, but just enough.One of my favorite things is how well the pages are designed. The recipes are laid out cleanly with clear directions, and the full nutritional info (including protein and calories) is right there which makes tracking super easy. I also really appreciated the conversion tables at the back for measurements and substitutions. Super handy, especially if you’re used to different units or cooking styles. The cutout monthly shopping list and the time-saving tips are also really useful. They’re not just helpful for older adults, they’re great for anyone with a busy schedule who wants to eat better without the added stress.The only qualm I have is that the book mostly talks about the benefits. I sincerely believe if i doss that, and it’s not a straight cookbook, they should also provide the best information to educate with regards to the other side as well – the possible side effects and symptoms, things like the keto flu, precautions, and who should not use this diet. It very briefly says certain things like to consult your doctor under the common mistakes section but I think much more than that is needed.Still a very good book and highly recommended. The book may be marketed to older readers, but I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, well-organized intro to a keto diet.

Not just for seniors, probably a marketing gimic, but rather this is a good book for anyone wanting to follow a keto diet. There’s a great variety of tasty recipes you will actually want to eat, along with good information for those getting started with a keto lifestyle, so you will understand the rules, whys, and wherefores. I will definitely be referring to these recipes a lot as it will help add a lot of variety to my keto diet.
