I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product, but it turned out to be great for quick daily exercise. I even used it while watching TV. I started with sitting on the couch, which was a decent workout after some reps. Then I tried different positions as illustrated in the manual and felt my muscles working harder with each exercise. The arm exercises were also effective. Setting it up was easy and took less than 10 minutes. However, I would like more instruction on how to properly use the tension band that comes with the device. The pads are comfortable but need to be placed on the upper part of the inner thigh to avoid pain near the knee. The tension is pre-set and not adjustable, but overall it’s a good product that has helped me get fitter.
