The timer helps me to stay motivated in my exercise and push through to the next break. They are a great weight – not too heavy, but weighted enough that it feels like the motion of a real exercise jump rope and gives your arms a good workout, too. It also comes with a rope that I can easily switch to when I want to jump rope outside.
My living space is super small and I don’t have to worry about breaking everything in my house while using it. It keeps track of jumps, calories burned & has a timer. This has been great to add in something different when my workouts start to get boring. It definitely gets my heart rate going while working on cardio & balance while increasing bone density. Love this UMAY cordless jump rope! The ropeless design is perfect for small spaces, the weighted handles give a solid workout, and the LCD counter keeps me motivated. Easy to use, smooth, and super effective. Highly recommend!
Quick delivery, I started to use right away. It is lightweight, easy to adjust. The rope swings smoothly without tangling. A solid and reliable jump rope for daily exercise.
I was excited to try this jump rope. The adjustable corded and cordless options were appealing. The materials also felt quite sturdy out of the box. However, I had difficulty with assembly. The directions were not high quality. It was impossible for me to get the weights flush onto the inserts, and I’m not someone who typically has difficulty with such tasks. I also was unable to put the battery into the handle to use its tracking capabilities due to one of the screws being stripped. This seems like a great idea, but I had difficulty with execution. It looks like others had more success, so perhaps my experience was a fluke.
