    Very convenient!
    I’m on my third one of these, and I really like the style. There are three blank columns to write in whatever you need, and a separate section to keep track of your water intake. I use the notes section to keep track of my fruit and veggie daily servings, so I can see with just a glance how much more I need for the day.

    Quality construction, great size, great format
    Clean and simple.Not visually overwhelming.Space to track what’s important and space to an individual goal.Lack of annoying extraneous pre-filled information that many don’t need such as affirmations.Great size.First blank page allows privacy.

    A decent journal for the price
    I bought this journal back in June to track my daily food intake, calories, water intake and protein. I just purchased a second one because I like the simplicity of it. The journal has been very helpful for me to keep track of my diet. Its a nice little journal for someone who simply wants to be more mindful of what they are eating, and wants to keep track of the basics.

    I’m supposed to get 30 grams of protein, three times a day!! :() Doctor’s orders.This “food tracker” is soooo helpful and easy to use. The perfect size plus good quality.

    Losing weight is a big deal, spoil yourself with something not so plain.
    I bought three books to cover 1 year. That’s a year for me to lose 45 lbs. Two were only 3 months worth of pages, while the third book was good for 6 months.After looking at the three. The first book and this book ( the middle one) gave you no way to track your overall success. There were just the same page over and over.The third book, not only covered 6 months… but also gave you two ways to track your progress, stickers, pocket, ribbon, pen holder, and a place to add photos.The books cost $5.69, $8.49, and $9.99.This book cost more for one year @ $8.49 (x4) than the other two books.Spoil yourself with something not so plain.Losing weight is a big deal.

    This really helped after gastric sleeve surgery. I left it on counter. So much easier to me than going into an app. I’m just not a computer friendly person
